Review: I have always ordered flowers from this little independent local florist and have never been disappointed. The ladies in the shop are always so obliging and helpful . Well my most recent order for this week was for my dear mother’s funeral . I went into the shop and we discussed exactly what I wanted with the help of the lady in the there.
She was saying at the moment with the heat it was challenging to keep the flowers from wilting
But we’re doing everything they could to give great service to their customers .
Well on the day of the funeral I and my family and friends couldn’t have been more pleased with our arrangements they were beautiful and perfect in everyway . I rang Ascot Flowers to say how pleased we all were under the circumstances of the weather. The lady said that she had taken them home to keep them in air conditioned circumstances to guarantee their freshness and survival and instead of taking them to the Funeral Director the night before she took them early on the morning of Funeral to be sure all was satisfactory with our wreath and arrangements . Which were stunning . Two days later they are still perfect I have then in my own garden after bringing them home so I could enjoy them and remember the great send off my Mum had with the love and care that Ascot Flowers had put into
making sure she had perfect flowers . Thank you all so much at Ascot Flowers for the extra mile you went to .
