Review: I will not be using this florist again. I ordered flowers for a friends special birthday and deliberately went for the “grand” size instead of standard because I wanted a larger bouquet and was expecting it to be fuller because of this.
Was sent photos from my friend but the bouquet looked nothing like the website photo!! I was so disappointed! Plus it was missing foliage that was shown on the website photo . Contacted the florist but was told it contained roses so it would be expensive! But this is what I spent the extra for! Surely they could have bulked it out with extra foliage!
It states on their website terms they would substitute and would contact the buyer if they are unable to supply a product.
I also had no contact from the driver/florist to let me know the flowers had been delivered.
You’ll see from the photos, that this bouquet is NOT worth £70!

Review: Have used Katie’s for many years but valentines day flowers for my wife was very disappointing. Flowers did not turn up to after 6pm and the quality of the flowers was disappointing. The roses looked like they were old and there were very few flowers in general. Three days later, as per picture, they were dying.
