Review: The lady in the shop was very rude, I came in to buy plastic wrapping a ribbon for my mother in laws birthday the lady in the shop spoke down on me, snapped at me regarding prices, there is a minimum £5 charge which is fine ( not sure if that’s even legal ) so I tried to buy more to get it up to £5 but she was very rude about the whole thing and just snapping at me so in the end I just left. I would NOT recommend this flower shop to anyone . Stay away

Review: I’ve been coming here for years to buy flowers for all different occasions. From birthdays to weddings and funerals.
What I like about this place is that I can go in there, tell them what my budget is and they always put something nice together for me.
If you need flowers for any occasions then this is definitely the place to go.

Review: My mother was sent flowers through Interflora who contracted the order out to Mr. Flower in Chatham. Unfortunately, the flowers only lasted a few days. My mother contacted Interflora who refused to take any responsibility for the matter. We then contacted Sam at Mr. Flower who was very empathetic and apologetic for the flowers not lasting as long as they should have and arranged for a replacement bouquet to be sent to my mother. This is excellent customer service and what I would have expected from Interflora but was happy to receive the service from Mr. Flower. Thank you Sam, you made my mother’s 89th birthday a little brighter. I highly recommend Mr. Flower in Chatham. Thank you.

Review: This florist has restored my faith in human kindness this morning.
I sent some flowers to a relative who has just come out of hospital but being a little unwell myself I gave the florist the wrong address (an old one) and my relative did not receive the flowers. I telephoned the florist a few minutes ago the very morning after i realised what I had done in order for me to pay for another bunch to be delivered to the correct address. The most lovely lady answered the phone and was so sympathetic she did a replacement order to my sister in law free of charge. This is what I call customer service at its best and any future flowers I send will most definitely be placed with Mr Flower. Thank you again x
