Finally got hold of the florist. They were incredibly apologetic and held their hands up admitting they had missed the order. As a way of apology they issued a refund and provided a free bouquet. They seemed truly sorry and I do believe it was just a one off mistake. Will try them again whenever I next need to buy flowers.

Placed an order online for delivery 5 days later. Never delivered. Florist doesn’t answer the phone. Having to go via PayPal to try and recover my money.

We also had to order a last min garland for a photograph to be used on the day. Not only did it surpass our expectations, but you made no extra charge for this. So very kind of you. Review: Placed a same day order at 10 O’clock in the morning and it wasn’t delivered! when I called them the next day to enquire as to why they hadn’t turned up the lady said ‘oh she never received it until 4pm’ and so it has been sent out today. These flowers were to mark the anniversary of a loved ones death so them turning up a day late is pointless. I should have been contacted on the requested delivery date to be advised that they were not going to be delivered on the same day and I would have had the option to make alternative arrangements. Very disappointing!
